WoodRock Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Customer Support Executives to join our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Salary ₹20,000 CTC

Shift Flexible Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Record customer interactions accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

.



Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

Minimum 6 months of BPO/Customer Support experience

Excellent English communication skills Basic computer knowledge Adaptable to work in rotational shifts

Immediate joiners preferred
