About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time, on-site video editor who understands how to create high-performing social media content.

This is not a generic editing role you should know how to grab attention in the first 3 seconds, retain viewers, and optimize content for Instagram performance.

Key Responsibilities
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content daily
Add captions, hooks, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design
Turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
Work closely with the team on-site for quick turnaround and iteration
Stay updated with trends, formats, and viral editing styles

Requirements
Must be based in Mumbai and available to work on-site full-time
Strong hands-on experience with Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects




Proven experience editing Reels or viral short-form content
Solid understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
Ability to edit fast without compromising quality
Good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling

Bonus
Experience working with creators, influencers, or personal brands
Familiarity with CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
Basic understanding of content performance & analytics
