VKODE Infotech is looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates for the position of Collection & Marketing Executive in the Chit Funds industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for customer communication, collection follow-ups, relationship management, marketing support and business development activities.
Responsibilities
Follow up with customers regarding scheduled payments and collections.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Visit customers when required for collection-related activities.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Support marketing and business development activities.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain basic customer and collection records.
Follow assigned targets and complete daily responsibilities.
Coordinate with the team to support business growth.
Requirements
Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
