Mandatory Educational Qualifications
B.Sc. in Food Technology / Food Science & Technology / Microbiology
M.Sc. in Food Technology / Food Science & Technology / Microbiology

Key Responsibilities :

GMP & Hygiene: Enforce strict Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP), personal hygiene standards, and sanitation protocols on the processing floor.
Documentation: Maintain flawless daily shift logs, batch manufacturing records (BMR), raw material usage reports, and wastage data.
Key Skills & Competencies Required
Clear understanding of food processing machinery,



thermal processing, and packaging technology.
Solid knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAI regulations).
Leadership skills to handle shop-floor workers and solve real-time production bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
