Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Digital Sales to manage customer relationships, drive online sales growth, and enhance customer engagement through digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing leads, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and achieving digital revenue targets through effective communication and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with recent and existing customers through digital platforms (email, WhatsApp, social media, website inquiries, etc.).
Handle inbound and outbound digital sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
Develop and execute digital sales strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
Monitor customer interactions in CRM software and ensure accurate data management.
Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.




Coordinate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Identify upselling and cross-selling prospects to maximize revenue.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and customer engagement tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management or digital sales.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels and online sales processes.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
