Key Responsibility:
Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and calibration of laboratory machines and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues in lab equipment.
Maintain maintenance logs, records, and documentation for all machines.
Assist in installation and commissioning of current lab equipment.
Coordinate with external vendor’s/service providers for major repairs and servicing.
Ensure all equipment operates in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support lab team during trials by ensuring machines are in optimal working condition.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab equipment and maintenance tools.
Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Helping internal team for sampling and packaging.
Key Skills -
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ability to read basic technical manuals and drawings.
Positive record-keeping and documentation skills.
Team player with a proactive approach
Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance (preferably in food, pharma, or chemical lab/plant)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
