Job Purpose

Drive business growth by acquiring and managing Large Corporate and SME clients while expanding presence in the commercial insurance market. Responsible for revenue generation, client relationship management, and delivering risk advisory solutions across multiple insurance product lines.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Acquire and develop corporate & SME accounts, achieve revenue/profitability targets, identify new opportunities, and build a strong pipeline.
Consultative Sales: Engage CXOs, CFOs, HR Heads, and decision‑makers to provide customized risk management solutions.
Product Portfolio: Promote Property, Marine, Employee Perks, Liability, Cyber, and Specialty Insurance solutions.
Client Relationship: Act as trusted advisor, ensure retention, cross‑sell/upsell, and deliver service excellence.
Operations & Compliance: Coordinate with internal teams, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
6–12 years of direct corporate sales experience in General Insurance or Insurance Broking.
Strong corporate network and proven track record in commercial insurance/employee advantages/risk advisory.
Stable employment history (no frequent job‑hopping).

Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products & risk management.
Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and Indian insurance market.
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Business acumen with focus on revenue growth and profitability.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales tools, and MS Office.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
