Job Summary.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Market / Business Development Executive to expand our business presence in , Banjarahills. The role involves market exploration, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in Banjarahills
Conduct market surveys to understand customer needs, competition, and pricing trends.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, distributors, and local partners.
Promote company products/services and explain value propositions to customers.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly market activity and sales reports.
Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, service delivery, and customer support.
Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback to management.

Eligibility & Requirements.
Education:



Any Degree / Diploma (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
Experience: 0–3 years in Marketing / Business Development / Field Sales (Freshers with strong local market knowledge may also apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of local markets in the above locations.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned areas.

Preferred Skills.
Proficiency in Telugu (mandatory).
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
