Personal Assistant to Managing Director (PA to MD)Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, responsible and versatile PA to the Managing Director who will work closely with the MD in the day-to-day management, coordination and execution of the business.

This is a hands-on role involving driving, project management, business coordination and extensive travel with the MD.

Key Responsibilities
Drive the MD for business meetings, site visits and official travel.
Travel extensively/full-time with the MD as required.
Manage the MD's daily schedule, meetings, appointments and follow-ups.
Coordinate and monitor business projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines and business commitments.
Assist the MD with business development, client meetings and deal closures.
Maintain records, prepare basic reports and provide regular updates to the MD.
Handle urgent and ad-hoc business requirements with flexibility and confidentiality.
Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution with minimal supervision.

Candidate Requirements




Valid driving licence and valuable driving experience.
Willingness to travel extensively with the MD.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
Proactive, trustworthy and responsible.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Experience in PA, operations, project management, sales or a similar role is preferred.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on candidate profile.
Incentive: ₹1,000 per successfully closed deal.
Average Incentive: Approximately ₹10,000 per month, depending on deals.
Food & Accommodation: Provided by the company.
