The Process Trainer will train employees on email marketing processes, tools, and best practices, helping teams stay updated and consistent in their execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on email marketing processes and tools
Prepare and deliver training content, including presentations
Onboard and train current joiners
Conduct refresher sessions for existing team members
Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback Coordinate with Team Leads to identify training needs
Requirements:
B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech (Engineering background)
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lecturer/Professor
Solid presentation skills
Strong PPT creation skills
Solid interactive/communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
