A Kitchen Assistant/ cook plays a vital role in supporting chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. This entry-level position focuses on food preparation, cleanliness, and assisting with basic cooking tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, peeling, portioning).
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cooking tools promptly.
Ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
Assist chefs with simple cooking tasks when required.
Dispose of waste and follow hygiene and safety standards.
Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed.

Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.




Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
Prior kitchen experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Work Workplace
Busy kitchen setting (restaurant, hotel, catering service).
Requires flexibility with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
