Position: Commis Chef – Pan Asian Cuisine
About the Role
Miratci Café is looking for a dedicated and passionate Commis Chef with interest or experience in Pan Asian cuisine. The candidate should be eager to learn, maintain kitchen discipline, and assist in preparing high-quality Asian dishes in a quick-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of Pan Asian dishes including noodles, rice, dim sums, stir-fries, curries, and appetizers
Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, marinades, and proteins
Support senior chefs during kitchen operations and live orders
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and sauces
Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
Help in stock rotation and inventory management
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork during service hours
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Continental or Pan Asian kitchen preferred
Basic knowledge of Asian sauces, ingredients, and cooking techniques is an advantage
Passion for culinary learning and kitchen operations
Ability to work under pressure in long and adaptable shifts
Good teamwork and positive attitude
Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.60 per month
