Toni & Guy Salons, one of the most popular and well known brands in Salon based out of UK which has over 600+ branches all over India is looking for a Salon manager to handle the over all salon operations in Begur, Yelenahalli in Bangalore

As a salon manager you need to oversee daily operations, staff, and customer service to ensure profitability and high-quality service,, handling tasks like hiring, scheduling, inventory, and marketing. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety/hygiene standards, boosting client satisfaction, and managing, training, and motivating the team to meet sales goals. Core Responsibilities
Operational Management: Running daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, handling phone calls and taking appointments and ensuring compliance with sanitation and health regulations.
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, supervising, and scheduling staff, as well as handling performance evaluations.
Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality service, handling client queries, and resolving customer disputes.
Inventory Control:



Monitoring stock levels of beauty products, ordering new inventory, and tracking equipment maintenance.
Sales & Marketing: Driving business growth through promotional strategies, social media marketing, and analyzing financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Generally 3+ years in the salon/beauty industry, often with leadership experience.
Leadership: Solid team-building and motivational skills.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and staff.
Organization: Strong time management and proficiency in booking systems.
