Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Design Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team at our Bhosari, Pune factory. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career specialists who are passionate about mechanical design and product development. The selected candidate will support product design, drafting, engineering calculations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Perform basic mechanical design calculations and design validations.




Assist in product design modifications and continuous product improvements.
Coordinate with the Sales team to understand technical requirements and provide engineering support.
Visit customer sites, when required, for measurements, technical discussions, and project assistance.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and other internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Maintain and organize design records, drawings, revisions, and technical documentation.

Required Skills
Proficiency in SolidWorks.
Sound understanding of mechanical design principles and basic design calculations.
Good knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensioning, and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team workplace.

Educational Qualification
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
