JOB PURPOSE

To achieve Optimum and targeted production, ensure running of all line equipments at optimum level with high productivity and high mechanical efficiency.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for efficiently running the line as per rated capacity.
Knowledge of Blow moulding in depth & other equipment on the line like filler, conveyor, sleeve applicator etc is required.
Responsible for maintenance of the equipments,



as per schedule & criticality analysis, to ensure smooth running of the equipment.
Observe Safety at work and Follow safety norms as per Safety management systems.
On Daily basis inspect the machine for detecting the abnormalities & feedback from operators for defects.
To ensure GMP & GHK Activities on the line. Ensure Shop floor discipline in terms of safety, hygiene, etc.
