We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive to manage accounting, inventory, warehouse coordination and related operational activities at our Gujarat location.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting, billing and finance-related activities
Robust working knowledge of GST, Tally and Zoho
Prepare invoices, accounting entries and maintain proper books of accounts
Handle E-Way Bills and GST-related documentation
Maintain and monitor stock/inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliation
Coordinate and monitor warehouse operations, including inward and outward movement of materials
Maintain proper documentation for goods received, dispatched and transferred
Good understanding of Import & Export processes and documentation
Coordinate with the Head Office at Chandigarh for accounts, stock, imports/exports, documentation and reporting
Ensure timely sharing of reports and information with HO
Prepare MIS and other reports as required
Maintain data and reports using MS Excel and MS Word
Coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, customers, suppliers and HO
Ensure accuracy, timely reporting and proper documentation of all activities
Candidate Profile
10–15 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance with exposure to inventory/warehouse operations
Graduate in Commerce / B.Com preferred
Strong practical knowledge of GST, Tally, Billing and E-Way Bills
Knowledge of Zoho accounting software
Working knowledge of Import & Export transactions and documentation
Positive understanding of stock management and warehouse coordination
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate efficiently with the Chandigarh Head Office
Robust attention to detail, ownership and responsibility
