Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting, taxation, and compliance activities in a Chartered Accountant's office. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or a CA firm.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, and payments.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliation.
Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory returns.
Perform GST reconciliation and verify purchase/sales invoices.
Assist in preparation of financial statements, trial balance, and MIS reports.
Support statutory, tax, and internal audit activities.
Prepare and maintain client accounting records and documentation.
Assist with Income Tax return preparation and related working papers.
Coordinate with clients to collect required financial documents and information.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in accounting software.
Identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving them.




Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and tax records.

Requirements
Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a CA Office, Accounting Firm, Audit Firm, or Finance Department.
Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Valuable numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple client assignments and meet deadlines.
