Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our growing interior design team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people and processes, and who wants to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a creative and energetic work environment. You'll play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process for design, site, and office roles
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding for recent hires
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data
Support the team in managing HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees
Handle basic employee queries and escalate where necessary
Coordinate with different departments to support HR needs in office and in-office
Assist in tracking HR metrics and preparing reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
