About Us:
Spenza Tiles is a growing premium tile showroom focused on design-driven products and architect-led sales. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive Accounts Executive who understands compliance and is open to modern accounting systems.
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
Manage TDS deductions, returns, and compliance
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries
Bank reconciliation and vendor payments
Assist in audit and compliance documentation
Work on Zoho Books (training will be provided)
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
Experience with Tally or similar software
Willingness to learn Zoho Books (mandatory)
Attention to detail and discipline in work
Preferred:
Experience in retail / trading business
Basic understanding of inventory accounting
