Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Production Machine Operator with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace. The candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring the manufacturing process, maintaining product quality, and achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures.
Handle machine setup, start-up, shutdown, and basic process adjustments.
Monitor production parameters and ensure smooth machine operation.
Conduct basic quality inspection of products during production.
Identify machine/process abnormalities and report issues to the Production Supervisor.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift-wise reports.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily plan.
Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and workplace safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards around the machine and production area.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth production operations.
Minimize machine downtime, material wastage, and production rejection.
Follow company policies related to quality, safety, and discipline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
