Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer with robust application support experience, working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, and exposure to the financial domain. The candidate will be responsible for handling application issues, performing root cause analysis, supporting production environments, and coordinating with development and business teams.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience in L2 Application / Production Support.
Robust working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience in troubleshooting production issues and performing RCA.
Knowledge of incident and problem management processes.
Experience working with databases, application logs, and batch/scheduled jobs.
Prior experience in the Financial Services / Banking / BFSI domain is mandatory.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
