Key Responsibilities ● Handle WhatsApp marketing and guest enquiry follow-ups ● Generate leads for weekend stays, corporate offsites, school picnics and events ● Support OTA listings such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com and Agoda ● Track leads, enquiries, follow-ups and booking conversions ● Maintain guest database for repeat bookings and promotional campaigns ● Assist in creating offers, packages and seasonal campaigns ● Share regular reports on leads, enquiries and bookings ● Make daily calls to potential leads for room bookings, weekend stays, corporate events, school picnics and group packages. ● Follow up with enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, website, Google, OTAs and referrals. ● Call corporates, HR teams, schools, travel agents, event planners and wedding planners to generate recent leads. ● Share hotel brochures, room details, packages and tariffs on WhatsApp after the call. ● Maintain a proper lead sheet with customer name, phone number, requirement, date of stay/event, budget, follow-up date and status. ● Regularly follow up with warm leads until the booking is confirmed or closed.



● Understand guest requirements and suggest suitable packages, rooms or event options. ● Coordinate with the hotel team for availability, pricing, food packages and site visit scheduling. ● Invite interested clients for property visits and coordinate their visit experience. ● Track daily calling numbers, interested leads, follow-ups, confirmed bookings and lost leads. Candidate Requirements ● Prior experience in hotels, resorts, hospitality, travel, staycation or tourism marketing preferred ● Basic understanding of hotel room sales and group bookings ● Positive communication and follow-up skills ● Ability to coordinate with guests, corporates, travel agents and vendors ● Basic knowledge of paid ads and OTA platforms will be an added advantage ● Should be organised, confident and target-oriented ● Should be comfortable with telecalling, lead follow-ups and WhatsApp communication. ● Must have valuable convincing skills and a polite, professional phone manner. ● Should be able to convert enquiries into site visits and confirmed booking
