We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, promoting financial products, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and other sources.
Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
Explain suitable Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other financial products to customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan process.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and leads.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure skilled and customer-focused service.

Basic knowledge of financial/loan products is an advantage.

Eligibility
Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Any Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with finance, banking, NBFC, or sales experience will be preferred.
Male & Female candidates can apply.
For male candidates, a two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Compensation & Perks
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
