Darsh Designs is a custom furniture manufacturing company specializing in bespoke furniture for architects, interior designers and premium residential/commercial projects.
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of our furniture production operations and ensure projects are manufactured with the required quality, timelines and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage day-to-day furniture production and project schedules.
Coordinate with carpentry, upholstery, polishing and other production teams.
Allocate manpower and monitor productivity.
Ensure production follows approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the purchase/store team.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion and dispatch.
Identify and resolve production issues, delays and quality concerns.
Coordinate closely with the design, project and installation teams.
Maintain discipline, safety and efficient workflow within the production facility.
Develop and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 5+ years in furniture manufacturing / interior execution / modular or bespoke furniture production.
Solid knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials and finishing.
Good understanding of production planning, manpower management and quality control.
Ability to read and understand furniture drawings and specifications.
Solid leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
