About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team in office in Surat, handling both outbound and inbound calling for our brands.

What You Will Be Doing
Making outbound calls to prospective and existing buyers, following up on enquiries, sharing information about our products and collections, and setting up appointments or store visits
Handling inbound calls, answering customer questions about our products and orders, and providing support

What We Are Looking For
Currently residing in Surat
2 to 3 years of hands-on telecalling experience
Prior telecalling experience specifically within a diamond, gold, or jewellery business, including silver jewellery, is mandatory




English is preferred but not mandatory; comfort in Hindi and Gujarati is expected
Confident, explicit, and skilled phone communication
