Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced RO Technician with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting RO water treatment plants. The candidate should have robust practical knowledge of RO systems, pumps, membranes, filters, chemical dosing, and basic electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain RO water treatment plants efficiently.
Monitor RO plant parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure, flow, and conductivity.
Handle operation and maintenance of RO membranes, high-pressure pumps, feed pumps, dosing pumps, and valves.
Perform membrane cleaning, replacement, and troubleshooting.
Maintain sand filters, carbon filters, micron filters, cartridge filters, and UF systems.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of RO equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the RO plant.
Monitor chemical dosing and ensure proper chemical handling.
Identify causes of low production, high reject flow, high pressure, and poor water quality.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers,



and site teams for maintenance activities.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards at the plant.
Attend breakdowns and resolve technical issues within minimum downtime.
Follow company safety procedures and operational standards.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on knowledge of RO plant operation and maintenance.
Positive knowledge of RO membranes, pumps, filters, valves, pipelines, and dosing systems.
Basic knowledge of electrical panels, motors, starters, and control systems.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read basic technical drawings and understand plant layouts.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel/work at customer and project sites.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in RO / WTP / STP / ETP / UF water treatment plants will be preferred.
