Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused candidate to assist passengers and support smooth day-to-day airport operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes, and flight-related queries.
Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and basic baggage-related assistance.
Guide passengers through security, boarding gates, and terminal facilities.
Assist elderly passengers, children, and passengers requiring special assistance.
Make boarding announcements and verify passenger documentation when required.
Coordinate with airline, security, baggage, and airport operations teams.
Handle passenger complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements
Maximum age: Under 30years
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Higher Secondary (graduates preferred).




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in shifts.
Presentable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
Previous airport, airline, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

From Rs 22,000 to Rs 35,000
