We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) to join our organization. The selected candidates will receive practical training and exposure to various technical and operational activities while developing their skills in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers and supervisors in day-to-day technical and operational activities.
Support production, maintenance, quality, or engineering operations as assigned.
Monitor machines, equipment, and production processes.
Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Maintain required production, maintenance, and inspection records.
Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with team members and other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company safety and EHS requirements.
Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institute.
Preferred branches: Mechanical only
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic technical knowledge and valuable problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
