We are looking for a Costing & MIS Manager with robust experience in manufacturing costing, cost control, financial analysis, and management reporting. The role will be responsible for analysing product and manufacturing costs, identifying cost variances, preparing MIS reports, and providing actionable insights to management for improving profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Costing & Cost Analysis
Prepare and maintain product-wise, process-wise and batch-wise costing.
Analyse raw material, labour, power, utilities, overhead and conversion costs.
Prepare and review BOM-based standard costing.
Analyse standard vs. actual cost variances and identify key cost drivers.
Conduct product profitability and contribution margin analysis.
Support cost reduction and cost optimization initiatives.
MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare monthly, weekly and daily MIS reports as required.
Develop dashboards covering sales, production, inventory, costs, margins and profitability.




Provide management with actionable insights on operational and financial performance.
Track key KPIs and highlight deviations against budgets/targets.
Automate and improve existing MIS reporting processes.
Budgeting & Variance Analysis
Support annual budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing operations.
Conduct Budget vs. Actual analysis.
Analyse material price, usage, labour, production and overhead variances.
Prepare monthly management review reports with key observations.
Inventory & Production Cost Control
Monitor RM, WIP and Finished Goods inventory valuation.
Analyse inventory ageing, consumption and production efficiency.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores and Finance teams for cost accuracy.
Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
