Qualification:
B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial Production / Electrical Engineering
Experience:
8–10 years in Operations & Maintenance
Job Purpose:
To lead and optimize end-to-end plant operations and maintenance by ensuring secure, effective, and zero-emission processes, driving equipment commissioning and reliability, strengthening maintenance capabilities through SMP/SOP execution and team development, and enabling uninterrupted production through proactive resource, spare, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure plant safety, compliance, and zero dust/fume emission
Preparation and implementation of SMP/SOP for maintenance activities
Handle erection and commissioning of plant equipment and systems
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance activities
Manage equipment reliability, breakdown reduction, and operational efficiency
Ensure timely execution and closure of AO, VSAP, and QMS activities
Spare planning, inventory management, and procurement coordination
Train and develop maintenance and operations teams
Industry Preference:
Manufacturing / Metal / Aluminium / Processing Industry
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
