Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ledger entries.
Ensure accurate recording and posting of financial transactions in accounting software.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

GST & Tax Compliance
Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconcile GSTR-2B.
Handle GST compliance, tax invoicing, and input tax credit reconciliation.
Manage TDS deductions, reconciliations, and statutory compliance requirements.

Invoicing & Documentation
Generate customer invoices and maintain invoicing records.
Prepare and generate E-Way Bills as required.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with taxation regulations.

Financial Reporting & Audit Support
Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reports.
Generate monthly Profit & Loss Statements and other MIS reports.
Assist internal and statutory auditors during audits and provide required documentation.

Data Integrity & Compliance
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
Ensure accuracy, trustworthiness, and integrity in handling financial data.
Support management with financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and payroll processing.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
