The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production unit, ensuring that production runs efficiently, safely, and on time. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in textile manufacturing, be well-versed in quality control procedures, and have experience in managing a team of manufacturing personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet client demand while optimizing equipment and labor resources
Ensure that quality control standards are maintained at all times and that the output meets the client’s specifications
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that raw materials and finished goods are available as and when needed
Collaborate with other departments such as Design, Sales, Project and Purchasing to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
Manage and motivate a team of production personnel,
ensuring a protected and productive work workplace
Develop and manage budgets for the unit, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and productivity
Identify areas for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to manufacturing operations
