We are looking for a Design Engineer with solid experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant design. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks and Creo and capable of preparing engineering drawings, equipment layouts and fabrication drawings.
Key Responsibilities
1.Prepare 2D & 3D engineering drawings for WTP, STP, ETP, RO and other water treatment systems.
2.Develop equipment layouts, GA drawings, fabrication drawings and assembly drawings.
3.Prepare detailed drawings for tanks, piping, skids, structures and treatment equipment.
4.Create and modify 3D models using SolidWorks and Creo.
5.Prepare AutoCAD 2D/3D drawings based on engineering requirements.
6.Coordinate with Process, Project, Production and Site teams for design requirements.
7.Review drawings and ensure dimensional and technical accuracy.
8.Prepare BOM, material specifications and fabrication-related drawings.
9.Modify drawings based on site requirements and engineering changes.
10.Ensure drawings are prepared according to project specifications and company standards.
Creo – Preferred
Knowledge of Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant equipment and systems
Knowledge of piping, tanks, pumps, valves and mechanical equipment.
Positive understanding of engineering drawings and fabrication practices.
Ability to read P&ID;, GA and mechanical drawings.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
1.Experience in WTP / STP / ETP / RO / MEE / wastewater treatment equipment design.
2.Experience in fabrication drawing and mechanical equipment design will be an added advantage.
