Key Responsibilities
System Monitoring: Watch computer systems, consoles, and networks for error messages, performance drops, or failures.
Job Scheduling: Run and manage daily batch processing jobs and routine system updates according to production schedules.
Data Management: Perform regular data backups, verify file integrity, and handle data recovery tasks.
Hardware Maintenance: Care for peripheral devices like printers and scanners, load supplies, and arrange equipment repairs.
User Support: Assist internal staff or clients with basic IT problems and log system incidents.
Pay: ₹10,272.01 - ₹15,131.66 per month
