Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow up on vehicle deliveries, service reminders, and customer retention activities.
Requirements
Any Graduate/Diploma.
Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.
Solid customer service and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
