Job Summary

AS400 Operations - L1 - Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : 1) Monitor system logs, message queues, hardware alerts and other monitoring tools 2) Track batch cycles, identify failed jobs, follow SOPs for resolution 3) Raise Incidents and SRs, escalate to L2/L3

Skill Requirements

Basic understanding of AS400/IBM i architecture and fundamental OS/400 commands

Other Requirements

Positive verbal and communication skills
