Job Description:
We are hiring ITI and Diploma candidates for leading engineering and manufacturing companies. Candidates will be involved in production, machine operation, assembly, quality inspection, maintenance support, and other shop-floor activities.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machines as per work instructions.
Assist in manufacturing, assembly, and production activities.
Perform quality checks and ensure product standards are maintained.
Support machine maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes.
Willingness to learn and work in a production workplace.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
