Key Responsibilities
Prepare and check dialysis machines before each treatment.
Set up dialysis equipment, dialyzers, bloodlines, and other required consumables.
Verify patient identity and treatment prescription before starting dialysis.
Record patients’ pre- and post-dialysis vital signs and weight.
Assist in connecting and disconnecting patients from the dialysis machine as per hospital protocols.
Monitor patients during dialysis and report any complications or abnormal conditions immediately.
Observe for hypotension, cramps, nausea, vomiting, breathing difficulty, bleeding, or other adverse reactions.
Maintain proper documentation of dialysis treatment, fluid removal, machine parameters, and patient observations.
Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of dialysis machines and equipment.
Follow infection-control practices and biomedical waste management protocols.
Maintain adequate stock of dialysis consumables and report shortages.
Assist doctors and nurses during emergencies in the dialysis unit.
Provide basic guidance and reassurance to patients and their attendants regarding dialysis procedures.




Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic dialysis setting.
Follow all hospital policies, SOPs, safety standards, and quality protocols.

Qualification
Diploma / Certificate in Dialysis Technology or B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology.
Relevant experience in a hospital or dialysis centre is preferred.

Skills Required
Knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment.
Ability to monitor patients and respond quickly to emergencies.
Good understanding of infection control and patient safety.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
Compassionate and patient-friendly approach.

Experience

Fresher or 1–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital or dialysis centre.

Working Conditions
Rotational shifts may be required.
Must be able to work effectively in emergency situations and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
