We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for voice, non-voice, customer service, and other BPO/BPM positions.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and walk-ins.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Understand candidate skills, experience, salary expectations, and job preferences.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
Coordinate the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offer and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Conduct follow-ups with selected candidates to ensure joining.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Participate in recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.
Verify candidate documents and coordinate pre-employment formalities.
Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred.
Atleast 3 years of recruitment experience; BPO recruitment experience is an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines.
Familiarity with job portals and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced BPO workplace.
