Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills and a solid background in accounting, specifically in AR/AP functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process accounts receivable and payable transactions.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and reconciliations.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to resolve issues.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in fluent English.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
