Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
Experience in customizing and extending cloud-based retail execution platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise applications.
Familiarity with integration methods and data flow between cloud applications and business systems.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.
