We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven General Manager to oversee the overall operations, strategy, and guest experience at our hotel and resort. In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations across guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and revenue management while ensuring top-tier service standards and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Direct and coordinate all property departments to ensure smooth, productive daily operations and adherence to quality standards.
Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and manage department heads and staff; foster a positive, team-oriented, and guest-focused working workplace.
Guest Satisfaction: Maintain guest relations, address escalated feedback,



and continually refine service delivery to maximize guest reviews and retention.
Financial Performance: Develop annual budgets, monitor P&L; reports, manage expenses, and collaborate on revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR/RevPAR.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, labor, and hospitality industry regulations, as well as brand and safety standards.
Vendor & Facility Oversight: Oversee property maintenance, groundskeeping, contractor agreements, and supplier relationships to keep facilities in prime condition.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
