The role focuses on improving productivity, retention, and performance visibility through structured programs, data-driven insights, and robust stakeholder collaboration.
What does the job entail?
amp; Governance
Act as SPOC for field queries on incentives and performance metrics
Ensure timely resolution and explicit communication
Drive process improvements to reduce recurring issues and escalations
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Sales, BI, HR, Finance, Ops, and Product teams
Ensure seamless execution of compensation programs and business initiatives
Lead structured governance and review forums
Automation & Process Excellence
Identify and implement automation opportunities in reporting and compensation tracking
Improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time
Work Experience
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate (MBA preferred)
8–12 years of experience in sales strategy, compensation, or business planning (insurance preferred)
Strong exposure to incentive design, analytics, and stakeholder management
