Key Responsibilities
Follow up with driver partners regarding pending dues and payments.
Make regular calls to drivers and ensure timely payment collection.
Track payment commitments and follow up on Promise-to-Pay (PTP) cases.
Identify reasons for payment delays and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
Maintain accurate collection records and update daily status.
Escalate long-pending or difficult cases to the reporting manager.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly collection targets.
Prepare daily/weekly collection reports.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
