We are looking for a creative, performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive to join our real-estate marketing team in Trichy.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling social media marketing, lead generation, content creation, paid advertising, WhatsApp marketing and digital campaigns with a strong focus on generating genuine property enquiries and converting them into qualified leads and site visits.

This is not purely a social-media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how digital marketing contributes directly to lead generation, customer acquisition and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for residential plots and real-estate projects.
Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile and other relevant platforms.
Create and publish engaging property-related content, including posts, Reels, videos, stories and promotional creatives.
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and WhatsApp enquiries.
Monitor campaign performance including reach,



impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, leads and conversions.
Generate and improve the quality of property leads and customer enquiries.
Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups and site visits.
Develop WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer communication content.
Conduct basic competitor and market research in the Trichy real-estate market.
Improve local online visibility through Google Business Profile and local SEO activities.
Coordinate with designers, video editors or external agencies when required.
Maintain weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
Test different ad creatives, audiences, offers and campaign strategies to improve results.
Identify current digital marketing prospects to increase enquiries and property sales.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
