About Us:

Worldites International Packaging is a leading manufacturer and importer of PET bottles, HDPE bottles, glass bottles, jars, caps, and closures, serving clients across multiple industries including cosmetics, personal care, and food. We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated professionals to join our Purchase Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of raw materials, packaging components, and other supplies.
Coordinate with production, sales, and stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, GRNs, and related documentation.
Analyze market trends, compare prices, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Support import procurement (for senior role) including follow-up with international suppliers and logistics partners.




Monitor inventory levels and plan purchase schedules accordingly.

Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 2 years (Executive) / 5 years (Senior Executive) of experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of vendor management, ERP systems, and basic taxation (GST, etc.).
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume purchase operations.
