Key Responsibilities
Perform and supervise haemodialysis procedures.
Operate and troubleshoot Fresenius/Nipro dialysis machines.
Monitor patients and manage dialysis-related complications.
Guide junior technicians and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Maintain infection control, NABH standards, and accurate documentation.
Coordinate with the Medical Officer, Centre Manager, and Biomedical team.
Ensure smooth day-to-day dialysis operations.
Eligibility
Diploma/B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology.
10 + years of haemodialysis experience.
Hands-on experience with Fresenius/Nipro machines.
Solid leadership, communication, and patient care skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
