Job Responsibilities
Prepare fabrication drawings and sketches using AutoCAD based on customer specifications.
Perform design calculations for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and process equipment.
Work as per international codes such as ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2, TEMA, AD Merkblätter and PD 5500.
Prepare detailed fabrication drawings for complex process equipment.
Prepare and verify BOMs, MTOs and technical specifications.
Check drawings and past project data to identify and prevent design/interference issues.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of drawings and design documentation.
Required Skills
AutoCAD and ERP knowledge.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of ASME Section VIII and TEMA.
Familiarity with national and international material specifications.
Knowledge of ISO systems and procedures.
Mandatory Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in coded Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger design, preferably using ASME Section VIII and TEMA.
