We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead with strong expertise in SEO to improve online visibility, drive organic traffic, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will lead digital marketing initiatives, manage a team, and implement strategies that support business growth and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the digital marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve website visibility and search performance.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and campaign performance.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to optimize digital assets.
Assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Train team members on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through organic and digital channels.
Ensure adherence to marketing standards, processes, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
Robust knowledge of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.
Proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
Understanding of content marketing, website optimization, and lead generation strategies.
