To lead and oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of a diverse fleet of vehicles and mechanical equipment within the Tea Estate Group Workshop. This role combines high-level technical expertise with workshop management and fleet coordination of petrol and diesel engines for Lorries, Trucks, Tractors, Jeeps, and Two-wheelers.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Experience:



Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in a multi-vehicle workshop setting.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working in a Tea Estate or Large Plantation workshop is a significant advantage.
Driving License: Valid driving license for Heavy Vehicles (HTV) and Light Motor Vehicles (LMV).
Willingness to work in the Hill Station of Megamalai, Theni Dt, Gudalur , Nilgiris District

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
